After many months of cooperation between InStore Solution and our client FM Logistic, a 'universal' connected locker service for our partner Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield is operational for customers of shopping centre brands such as Auchan France, but also for all businesses and e-businesses who wish to benefit from the advantages of this solution. 
The URW Group now offers a pick-up platform for all orders placed in shop or online by end customers.
This new omnichannel service facilitates the customer journey and optimises parcel management thanks to the robotic lockers of Cleveron AS and the tailor-made locker ofInStore Solution.

These 3 lockers, located in the car park of the largest shopping centre in France, can store more than 700 parcels of all types such as : 
 
🧊 Dry, fresh and frozen products 
📦 Products bought on the internet and delivered by parcel  
🚲 "Oversized" products (large household appliances, furniture, bicycles, etc.)
