We have designed a fitting room that is both connected (via RFID or Gencode) and interactive. Thanks to its touchscreen and integrated sensors, customers no longer have to leave the cabin to try on a new item. If the product being tried is not suitable, they have the option of asking a salesperson for another size, colour or product. In addition, the terminal displays the evolution of the request as it is taken over. The advisor receives a notification on a central terminal or directly on his PDA. The application also indicates whether the product is in stock, or, if not, suggests alternative products to offer to the shopper.
